Who we are

The DFIS program was created through a partnership between Digital Frontiers Institute, Toronto Centre and the Consultative Group for the Poor (CGAP) with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and to provide a practical and comprehensive learning experience to facilitate the building of a framework for effective supervision of current and emerging risks to promote digital financial inclusion.
